• Detection of common issues in message structure (e.g., missing plain-text part, malformed MIME, encoding errors)
• Verification of domain-level authentication (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC checks)
• Basic deliverability metrics (e.g., SMTP success, bounce, or deferral status)

This analysis is strictly automated, scoped to the context of message delivery, and no personally identifiable content is stored or used beyond the immediate transaction. We do not retain full messages or log content unless explicitly required for debugging or compliance in limited scenarios.

Advanced or custom-tier customers may choose to disable automated deliverability analysis entirely, depending on their preferred operational setup. In such cases, message data will pass through our infrastructure without content-aware inspection.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Route and deliver email as requested
• Respond to user support requests
• Analyze service usage and improve performance
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Data Retention
